Pros

it's big , anyone can be manager with the right marketing . Good Career but not in all departments. Good Salaries for Mobile but not HCM .

Cons

They give position to manager sometime with no clue about what they manage sometime . it take 2 years to learn and then they get another job to learn again . This creates frustration to people specially in the last two years with oil prices going down.

Pros

Environment is very good, all team colleagues are almost similar, no one feels like boss and employee

Cons

Non-transparency in critical decisions, allowing rumors to spread and every one know all details. leads to be non-surprising when official announcements are out.
