      Good pay, good benefits, free housing and food while working

      Cons

      Awful management, constantly making changes for no reason, constantly providing field personal with minimal support. Creating tons of paper work and reports just to put a check mark on their resume of something they implemented.

      Pros

      - Good experience, great training, challenging work, good money - You get to work with brilliant people from all over the world - Good career options - you can progress into many different job functions by internal promotion without needing to go back to school - Remote location + rotation + travel allowance = good opportunity for travel

      Cons

      - Poor work/life balance - Live in remote locations, little to no say where you will get sent - Often work long hours without sleep - Company values are actually "profit, profit, profit", not "people, technology, profit"
