      Literally none at all, living in Houston is a huge negative!

      Terrible managers Most people there are a drain to work with Boring products and even more boring vision Leadership team has no idea what they are doing HR is constantly lying to people, very low morals for people working in HR Anyone who is an architect basically sits around all days and surfs the web

      Pros

      You get a lot of hands on field experience early on. It's a very fast paced environment which is constantly changing. You get to work with some of the latest technology to perform jobs for clients. You also get to work with a diverse team.

      Cons

      There are a lot of regulations on what you can and can't do at the rig. On the job, I was mostly on an observatory role.
