Pros
When it's good it's super fun. Great people and the most diverse staff makes for a very interesting working environment and lifelong friendships on every continent
Cons
When it's bad it's the most degrading place on earth. Layoffs are spreadsheet driven and are formulated from HQ staff that are Clearly out of touch. I find it quite tasteless when I see employees marched out the door with 30 plus years of service. Here's a box please pack your stuff and leave. So far 45k plus ee's not including our new brothers from Cameron who are down almost 50%.
