      Pros

      Good Environment, Company Promotes wellness and staff well-being. Flexible schedules based on management. Some managers are more sympathetic to the staff.

      Cons

      tight Deadlines for accountants, Alot of weekend and overnight work depending on what segments and locations you are doing. Some management feels like they are above everyone else and it shows in the way they treat people. The culture was brought from Latin America, Where theres a definite dividing line between the employee and the management.

      Pros

      Field engineer training is very thorough and you will be prepared for the field when you're done. Seniority is highly regarded in this company, which is nice since they're always hiring new people. You'll work with some real smart folks (and a few dumb ones too, naturally).

      Cons

      You'll constantly be jumping through hoops. Training is thorough but highly redundant. Amount of paperwork you constantly have to juggle is a huge pain.
