      Pros

      Great Benefits, great people to work with. Very challenging with all the certifications that company keeps you busy with....but can be a double edged sword!

      Cons

      To top heavy for my liking. They move people around so much that when you get use to one supervisor that all of a sudden they change there title and your under a different department and different manager/supervisor. Also get a dissent increase from them is like pulling teeth that is why you when you start you better get as much as you can cause you will be stuck with that pay scale for at least two years!!

      Pros

      The company offers great benefits, full health, vision, dental, life, 401K, etc. And the people are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      Being a field engineer offers a difficult lifestyle, usually in pretty remote locations with very long hours and little time off. Maintaining a work life balance is hard if not impossible at times.

      Pros

      You will make a lot of money, continue on a fast career track, and have extensive world class training.

      Cons

      Transferred to places you don't want to live, not a good job for married couples or people in serious relationships, up 24/7 for jobs, its very physical and demanding. Morals are not for the oil field.
