Pros

Excellent training, international locations, multinational culture, great benefits, decent salary and great bonuses, you have a lot of say in where your career goes in terms of location and function

Cons

Lifestyle is tough, you live in remote places, 24/7 on-call is tiring, you need to be easily mobile (they can move you whenever), very high workload, high stress due to the time-sensitivity of operations

Pros

Good place to start in the industry. Good training program, standard benefits and vacation policies, opportunities for international career if willing to move around

Cons

Compensation not the best in industry, easy to get lost among number of people, very poor retention record, work-life balance can be a challenge, high deductible health plan (at least in USA), promotions can be based on connections instead of merits sometimes. Generally no green card sponsorship for internationals -- major reason for people leaving to competition. Once or twice in a year its done.
