The best training in the oilfield service industry. Will train you to be the very best in a particular service and give you a very good understanding of all the workings of the upstream side of the oil & gas industry.

Cons

There is not much of a work life balance. The culture of the company expects you to place work above all else. The average work week for a field engineer is around 80 hours.

If you like challenge, be mobile and meet and learn new things continuously, this is definitely the place to be. Compensation is good, training and development for skills is inherently embedded in it.

Cons

For people who likes ordinary life, do same things over and over, stay in one place, I would not recommend to join this company.
