      mobility...u definitely get to see a lot of place around the world money...oilfield services company so you expect this experience...culturally diverse

      Cons

      management...not the best people around to work under work load and time off from work...worst vacation/time off schedule in the industry compared to competitors work life balance...they push you to the limit and it is very difficult to maintain a good work life balance

      Acquired as part of larger company (SLB), some greater job stability

      Cons

      All of the benefits of working for a small company vanished, with none of the benefits of working for schlumberger to take its place; no opportunity for career advancement, pay stayed pathetically low, work load increased, expected results stayed the same and increased without any real support to grow the employees or the business unit. No real motivation to stay which is why most of the people I know have left.
