      initial training was good potential to make good money

      working constant rotation of 3 weeks at offshore rig/ 1 week at home/office Days at office are considered as "off days" Too much to learn too quickly thrown in at deep end Clients at rigsite take out hatred for schlumberger on you. All other service hands hate you Redicoulus nanny culture The hardest part of the job is the self imposed "schlumbeger way of doing it" Redicoulous amount of paperwork If your a specialist be ready to do same job as the guy next to you for half the money

      It's a company that has way more different experiences for its employees depending on the country they are working, the contractual status and the segmente they are going to work. So make sure to review all these possibilities before making a decisition. The work experience with severaly change between one and another. They motivate you to learn new thing, take you out of your confrot zone, so you will be always chalenged. My experience is based on SLB Completions Venezuela

      In some third world countries like Venezuela, where unemployment is very high, the company pays incredibly bad. It looks like since they now there are tons of people wishing to work, they don't care about the benefits. My experience is based on SLB Completioins Venezuela
