      Put a lot of responsibility on the individual, but gives you a chance to make a real impact on the business. Evaluate based on performance. Large organization with strong core values.

      Lot of smart people to work with Flexible working hours Looks great on your resume being the world leader in oilfield services.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great. Bonuses aren't that great. Little to no benefits. Expats are paid ridiculously and illogically higher than normal employees. If you're an expat in this company then you're set
