      Pros

      Good remuneration package, good international exposure, multi cultural teams, travel opportunities, growth and responsibility, steep learning curve, oil and gas industry

      Cons

      there are some challenges as is with most jobs, stress can be considerably high at times, especially with field job offshore. Another aspect to consider is work life balance which is not always great.

      Pros

      The experience and exposure offered by the company for Mexicans are great. The wide variety of environments are very enriching. There's opportunity to experience conventional, HPHT and Deepwater in the same base. Also the client is one of the big ones and most challenging. Therefore it is a good tarting point for people interested in acquiring valuable experience.

      Cons

      During my time working there, my growth expectations were increased by management. As Home Country Mobile, compensation and benefits are not even close to being a match to that of the international staff; therefore an out-of-country transfer is something worth working for. In my case, not only was I not transferred, but I was assigned for a year and a half to a foreign country with no transfer whatsoever. This was the final reason that forced me to resign the company.
