      Good salary, performance bonus, and interesting work

      Cons

      Management does not appreciate good workers who sacrifice for the company. They lay people off at the first sign of trouble. You can help the company with billion dollar contracts, but will be forgotten just a short time later.

      Schlumberger offer a lot of training in many aspects. Plenty opportunities to travel worldwide. Located in many countries. Leader in the oilfield.

      Cons

      Work / life balance often leans to more work and less life time. Oilfield offices are often not located in the best areas. Managers change too often, hard to stay on track when this occurs. View as a number rather than a person.
