      - Best training in the industry - Fast track career progression - Challenging work in the right position - Good opportunities if you have a good manager

      Cons

      - Expected to work long hours - For the work load pay not great - Lacking loyalty - Now less opportunities to travel than in the past - Very limiting if you have a poor manager

      Early responsibility in your career, attractive package, great culture, fast career progression, multiple roles, sound research and development, outstanding knowledge sharing

      Cons

      Remote locations, difficult work life balance, poor rotation are the only thing that is coming to my mind after four year of experience in Schlumberger

      Pros

      Diversity, knowledge sharing, career opportunity, pay (when working oversea), dynamic- you literally can move around the globe, training and development system - to some extent

      Cons

      Culture of long working hour (sometime unnecessarily, most of time because of lack of resources), destroys your work-life balance, and sadly the company sees people as number regardless of the jargon. This was very obvious and felt in the time of downturn
