Pros

Good if you are beginning your career. Once you are join forget about any hike. Cannot think of anything else. I regret everyday working for this company.

Cons

Every position is expected to do some sales and get more jobs to the company. Very baised and ruthless home grown senior management who has no idea how business is run and have no idea about American work culture. If you like slogging for an offshore company during offshore hours, choose this one...

Pros

Knowing what I know now, there isn't any reason anyone would want to work at SLK. If there is any pro to working there it was knowing there was light at the end of the tunnel.

Cons

Management does not know what they are doing. There is no structure or processes set in place. No training available and no career development. They discourage taking time off...poor work/life balance. The cultural gap between India and the U.S. is the biggest challenge due in large part to the senior leadership's unwillingness to assimilate India employees to U.S. culture.
