Cons
1. Small company mentality- The company aims at hiring tier 2 talent (no disrespect to the people). By tier 2 I mean people who are not confident of landing another job hence they settle for SLK. 2. Compensation- Below company standards and employees are ok with it because of the desperate need for employment. 3. Work life balance- Absolutely non existent. The office location is near Kempegowda International Airport, hence takes up 12-13 hours of your day with work and commute. Getting leaves approved is very difficult. 4. Employee comfort- Employees are asked to work in a confined rooms which they call 'whiterooms' wherein there is no access to the outside world. No phones allowed (not even basic non camera), no internet access except for work related (not even Google) 5. Infrastructure- very poor facility management team, poor computers with outdated specs, they boast of new campus but the interiors resemble a factory. 6. Leave policy- Worst in the market. Only 22 leaves per annum. And mostly all American holidays except for statutory Indian holidays. 7. Insurance cover- Again the worst in the market I would say. Insurance covers only spouse n kids and not parents. Have to pay extra premium to cover parents
