Cons

Medioce management and trendous politics..No reward for hard work.The old timers have created an important place for themselves in the org through great friendship and with each other and manipulate the newly joined laterals.They use the effort of the new and talented people by taking important collaterals and artefacts from them so that they can present it to customers for their own growth and glory.
