      1. For freshers, it’s a great opportunity to work and the company provides excellent avenues to enhance learning skills. 2. There is transparency in work processes. 3. The organization fosters a positive work environment and culture. 4. Moreover, SLK actively engages employees in extracurricular activities beyond their regular project or official work. 5. 4. Overall, the experience at SLK is highly rewarding.

      Cons

      1. Food served in the cafeteria still needs improvement. 2. New rule requiring employees to come to the office on Mondays and Fridays each week is something I personally find inconvenient.

      Pros

      As a fresher, I started my career in this company, and the environment is great. The campus is well-maintained, and for freshers, this is an excellent company to learn and grow in. The opportunities we receive here for skill development and career advancement are outstanding

      Cons

      As we have a hybrid work model, employees are required to come to the office on Mondays and Fridays, which can be challenging. These days tend to have higher traffic, making the commute more difficult. If the company were to remove the requirement to come to the office on Mondays and Fridays, it would improve the overall work-life balance and make commuting less stressful
