      Pros

      Was taking care of employees and there was value for being an old employee.

      Cons

      Now only concentrate on revenue generation. Who is adding bodies to project. No concentration on quality. The culture is getting down from top of the management. Clients are unhappy and started looking beyond SLK. A downward going company who stays in its old pride.

      Have been in business for 20 years

      Cons

      Mostly everything… no care for employees, expects employees to work MORE N more…arrogant managers and no trust in the system. Very high attrition…Even to clients they are not trustworthy. We think some manager as good and they also leave within 6 months sensing SLK!!!
