Joined as a fresher and was very disappointed with SLK

Flexible in work timings only if your manager is OK with it. Nothing else

Cons

Lots are there will list few. 1. Will promise something and finally makes you fool. 2. Learning experience is very very less and they will use freshers only for billing purpose. 3. CTC is not even 50% of the industry standards. 4. Will hire for something and make you to work something else. 5. Over night asks you to work from another office which is 12KM away and will not provide cab as well. 6. Dress code - have to were formals daily even if you are in bench. 7. HR will never responds to your mail.

Top HR leadership team needs to be changed because of there inablity to recognise people ,passing the buck and blaming people seems to be there primary role in the organisation ,basic etiquette on how communicate is missing.

Cons

company is good but people are not, old rotten apples need to go home and meditate
