      Job security is very good.

      Cons

      Management and politics. Client Fifth third Bank mobile will not be allowed inside odc. Also 5 days work from office and expecting 9 hours in office. If your login hours lesser than 7 hours, system will apply you a default leave, then you need to raise attendance regularisation request to remove the system applied leave with reason.Salary hike is very less. Also performance cycle is postponed last year to June.
