1) Offer a CTC and before Offer letter release, TA teams calls and ask to negotiate CTC or else won't release Offer Letter, 2) HRs never respond properly 3) Worst Transport department filled with unprofessional people who cant speak English properly with sole aim to save money at the cost of Employees comfort 4) No perks, no gifts, no goodies, no employee benefits 5) Located outide city with projects compulsorily WFO and no gadgets allowed to use, kep gadgets in locker, slavery at it's best 6) Old school management with sole aim to save money and no respect of Employees work and decication. Give some thousands in the name of Appraisal 7) Only company where Appraisal %age compensation will be lesser than appraisal number
