Company supports employee during dark time too Has good Infrastructure It's only running due to only few best managment guys and hardworking low grade employees.

Cons

Worst managment, due to which young/low grade employees sufer Talent managment team don't know difference between Software development and Manual testing, they thinking everyone will write code in excel! All managers are trying to save their jobs by iritating their low grade teammates.
