Pros
If you like to be left to your own devices without a manager who is constantly on your case this is the company for you.
Cons
There seems to be little leadership in place, which made it difficult while learning to use company systems (no training was available on this or company practice / process). Very little feedback on projects or initiatives and over a year would pass between employee reviews, which made it difficult to feel valued as a staff member. Once the company obtained city style investment all staff perks and bonuses dried up over night, which further compounded the aforementioned issues. At mid management level staff are still required to be 90% resourced, which leads to people working through evenings and holidays to stay on top of paperwork and remain fully resourced. Other consultancies reduce the resource requirement as personnel are promoted to reflect increased management responsibility.
