Pros

I have the flexibility of working from home when I want and being part time, can work my hours around other family needs. The CEO is approachable and basically a good guy, but out of touch with how things really are.

Cons

high charge out rates put pressure on budgets, as a result, target utilisations are unrealistic and cause a huge amounts of pressure on individuals and project managers. The impact of staff health and wellbeing is massive and there is little to no support. There is also no training and middle management are obsessed with spreadsheets that don't reflect the true picture. Overall very depressing.

Excellent working conditions with a good work life balance. Time is flexible.

Cons

Employee development is limited. The company should invest more on their employees and it will reduce staff turnover which in turn will benefit the organisation as employees will become more loyal and more motivated to perform.
