Great benefits, great people, sense of rewardment for your work. Oppurtunity to grow and develop as a valuable and professional employee.

Cons

There is a disconnect, between management and employees who are not at a management level.

Pros

The company has an xcellent long term compensation package and industry an leading health care plan. The people are wonderful to work with and the comapny is very much heaed in the right direction.

Cons

Capital expenditure limits make work a bit frustrating as the company has more projects than it can fund. Therefor new projects are only rarely approved.
