Some great technical staff who want to make a difference. Ideas squashed by the 'yes-people' culture of executives and direct reports.

Cons

Leadership decisions have ruined a once shining company due to their own selfish ego. Promote 'yes-people' in the organization, and therefore perpetuate their own losing strategies.
