Good company to start off in, most regular FT nice people, Good health plan. Great CEO, too bad he's retiring! Family freindly.

Cons

Management childish, rude, unprofessional, and picks favorites to promote. Low pay. HR was the worst I have ever dealt with, also very unprofessional and didn't care about what they are working there for...people.

Great benefits. However, thinking about it, you will not get promoted so the benefits are the only thing that keeps people around.

Cons

No promotion capacity unless you are in the "boys club".

At one time, had fantastic benefits. Now, there are no pros for working here.

Cons

If you are a close friend to your supervisor, or a butt kisser, this place is a nightmare. They do not allow you to work anyplace after hours for extra money. Get caught and you're gone! Management is awful. They could care less about employees and to contact HR for a problem with managers, is a fast way to get fired. Company president is a little bald guy that has "little man's problems".
