Interesting work at the intersection of business strategy, government policy, and geopolitics Dynamic work environment with project-based deployments, always interesting with new teams, clients and problems Incredible talent, with deep subject matter experts across a range of industries

Cons

Project deployments can be isolating if you don't make an effort to stay connected with the broader team

Pros

-allowing employees to bring dogs to the office. -holiday/birthday/anniversary celebrations. -getting the chance to learn more than one job. -friendly family-like environment.

Cons

-open floor plan is loud and distracting, causing conference rooms to be constantly booked so you can make a simple phone call without disturbing the entire office. -lack of pay raises -lack of IT support
