Pros

Having excellent coworkers helps making work at SM&A headquarters a fulfilling experience. There is always plenty to do, but there is enough social interaction to break up the day. Periodic lunches provide the opportunity to catch up with company activities outside my area of responsibility and what coworkers are doing in a social setting.

None that I can think of.

SM&A provides a supportive and encouraging work environment with opportunities for personal growth and a definite career path. Celebration of birthdays and other events build unity.

Travel can conflict with family events.

Very kind office staff. CEO & COO are very welcoming. They certainly invest time in you and appreciate workers who are willing to go the extra mile. Interesting engagements.

Cons

Many of our staff members are on the other side of the country - would be nice to see and interact with them more (i.e. fly them out for big office parties)
