Excellent career path, a company where you can build your own future through hard work. It offers the opportunity to learn and grow. The leadership is extremely strong, and they are always open the help and teach. SM&A is a company who has a strong vision, and they will provide all the tools for your to succeed.

Pros

Up to date interview process for Skype for Business and then face to face. Streamlined company where everyone is all in on the process. Support for those at HQ and in the field. Good quals for their clients.

Cons

HQ is open work space without a secure barrier between staff and public.
