In my experience, the work environment was extremely difficult. I found that leadership frequently changed at the senior level, which created a sense of instability and lack of clear direction. Day-to-day work felt heavily micro-managed, leaving little room for autonomy or meaningful contribution.
Across the office, I noticed that people tended not to interact or communicate openly. Many employees expressed concerns about trust, job security, and the overall culture. Long hours often felt expected rather than exceptional, and it did not feel like a place where maintaining a work–life balance was encouraged.
From what I observed, factory staff seemed to experience even tougher working conditions, especially during high-heat periods. Instead of investments that could have improved their environment, spending appeared to go toward initiatives that benefited leadership.
I personally experienced behaviour that felt like gaslighting and unfair criticism. For example, I was held responsible for issues outside my role, and feedback sometimes contradicted the actual work I had done or the expectations communicated to me. I saw instances where colleagues were publicly criticised for situations beyond their control, which contributed to an atmosphere of fear and tension.
Overall, my experience was not positive. I strongly recommend that future applicants carefully consider if this environment aligns with their needs and values.
