Great potential based on product and logistics capabilities, potential largely wasted by amateurish management.

Most personnel (except management) can put in 8 hour day and go home. Some supervisors good with reasonably accomodation for individual employee needs when possible within policy.

Cons

Most functions for product and customer support are basically sweatshop working conditions. Poor training and preparation for most personnel - mostly DIY on job training. Highly inconsistent understanding and application of company policies.
