      Pros

      Nice janitor. Good parking.

      Cons

      Low pay. Cheap company perks. Expensive benefits. Micromanaged. Big brother is always watching, so no "unauthorized" internet/cell phone usage (laughable). Expect you to work yourself to death. People think too highly of themselves and not very friendly. Management is unorganized and scattered.

      SMC has lots of opportunity work advancement within the company. Also, they treat their employees well through PTO and events.
