      Pros

      Easy work and easy to learn and no stress.

      Cons

      I don't understand why some people they hired them direct and some they transfer to agency. What's their basis to hire them as regular employees? Is it base on your nationality? Some where hired without even work experience realted to the job. I think that's not fair.

Decisions on regular versus contract staffing are made based on knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to the interview process.       decent company to start out at.

      Cons

      Company chooses favorites and couldn't keep the same HR Manager for longer than 6 months. There's always some kind of drama

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review about SMC. We are very fortunate that the average tenure for our HR Leaders and Managers in the US is around 13 years which is way above average for a manufacturing company and something we are very proud of.

      Lots of capabilities. Clean production facilities.

      Cons

      Don’t come here to work. This company started on the barn but barn didn’t go out of the company. Rural community setup. Lower pay, exploiting mentality from top up to bottom down.
