great leadership, lots of opportunities if you are willing to learn and work hard. they gave me an opportunity to prove myself and hired me without any experience and allowed me to build my career.

Cons

its hard to get into the inner circle of the firm and understand long term plans for the contract and customer

Pros

Great benefits. Small company, family feel even as a mid-size company. All employees to date have been very helpful, friendly and care about your well being. Certainly a company worth staying with long-term.

Cons

Need to work on their career advancement from within. It would be nice to see more communication from the headquarter office as well to keep us informed with company happenings.

Pros

SMS treats its employees fairly, like family sometimes. If you perform, SMS will reward you with annual increases. Perform poorly and they will work with you to improve.

Cons

Being as small as they are means that they are a sub a lot, which has disadvantages like lower margin for higher salaries.
