Managment is so desorganized that they don't even know what your schedule is. they dont give you more than 4 hours per day. they dont have the proper training

Pros

Some of the benefits of working with SMS are the cruise benefits they offer. Also many of the floor supervisors are very helpful and friendly to the employees.

Cons

The Management team is very secretive and disorganized with determining shifts and letting employees know of changes to the schedule. Also not much opportunity for upward mobility

You never get bored as you work in a cruise line environment with different cruise lines and different people every day

Cons

Very little pay for the responsibilities we have at check in stage.
