Pros

I believe that SMTC has a bright future. The CEO has been with the company almost 3 yrs and the San Jose location just had it best year with NPI. The benefits are good, they give you two option for HMOs and it includes a wellness plan. The employees seems to be happy, they come to work with a smile on their face and take pride in their work. I'm not sure about past CEO, but the current one seem to have plan to grow SMTC and the employees seem to like his ideas. There are a lot of new mgmt. in the San Jose location and I think that help bring new ideas into the building.

Cons

I think employee expect growth to happen overnight, but good growth will take time. I would like to see additional growth in Canada and other locations in US.
