11yThank you for your input and advice During our recent HR Summit and Executive Strategy session, we are addressing concerns as they relate to retention. Our goal for 2014 is to implement a new retention policy/plan, some of which has been set in motion, employee training, salary reviews/increases, and employee appreciation events. We have set several goals and understand retaining our top talent will be key to our future.
