This company is really heating up!!! There are multiple changes with new executive team and CEO. The future is finally exciting. I have been here 5 years and watched a lot of changes and bad decisions. Finally people in charge that know how to make us successful. If you want to make a difference and be a part of something big...you should get on board now! They are bringing in new faces, promoting from within, introducing new and enhanced benefits...wow! They are listening to the employees, we have a say! This company is in Start-Up mode...forget the old! This is an exciting and fast paced organization! Employees really have the ability to make a difference and help direct the future of this company! The CEO has aggressive strategic plans, he laid out for ALL employees and demonstrated HOW it could be done!

Cons

Not really a "con" but this company is in "start-up" mode. It can lead to long hours, if you are not interested in putting in hours, it is not for you.
