Cons are a lot. Most of the engineerings left to other companies, the ones that are left honestly suck or are too busy they can’t help. There is no direction or support. On Top of that there’s never work and constant layoffs. Managers run the company like a sweat shop and love to argue about product not moving when it’s their fault. They also have people in roles that have no prior degrees or knowledge on what their doing.

Didn't pay their bills and I'm sure that hasn't changed. None of their parts get shipped because they are past due with every vendor. They lay people off every quarter and then threaten you with litigation in severance paperwork if you discuss your experience with the company on here. That's the only reason they don't have more negative reviews. They waste millions on consultants instead of investing in actual process improvement.
