      Pros

      Students are fun to work with and it's a good feeling to help them with problems. Management are genuinely concerned with making the workplace efficient.

      Cons

      Other employees tend to be unreliable, but that is not management's fault. Management may fail to see smaller issues that employees are dealing with.

      Bautiful campus, a lot of extracaricular activities, good balance between life and work and offcourse all of thses depend on your advisor as well.

      Cons

      Small community, sometime you get bad advisor, small departments, it's expensive if you don't get scholarship, the diversity of students is low.
