      Pros

      Students are fun to work with and it's a good feeling to help them with problems. Management are genuinely concerned with making the workplace efficient.

      Cons

      Other employees tend to be unreliable, but that is not management's fault. Management may fail to see smaller issues that employees are dealing with.

      Pros

      Beautiful college campus, education atmosphere, benefits, sporting events, cultural events, most of the people are wonderful and engaging,

      Cons

      salary is okay but could be better, too many people are promoted because of length of service and not on quality of work and ability to lead, parking stinks, communication/collaboration between departments is marginal at best, secretive and last minute communication
