      nice looking campus and buildings.

      Doesn't pay for h1B or green card application. Minimal support for junior faculty above average teaching load reputation as a 'party school'

      Bautiful campus, a lot of extracaricular activities, good balance between life and work and offcourse all of thses depend on your advisor as well.

      Cons

      Small community, sometime you get bad advisor, small departments, it's expensive if you don't get scholarship, the diversity of students is low.
