      Pros

      The RLSH department is on the top end as for salary and amenities in the state of Texas.

      Cons

      Struggle a bit with leadership. I think overall a well organized team, but at times things can get chaotic. Not a lot of room for career progression.

      Pros

      I learned a lot of different skills in both operations, and people-facing work. It was a good mix of office and field tasks, and it certainly kept you on your toes. Very fast-paced and required snap decision making.

      Cons

      Hours were very long sometimes, and you have to have thick skin. Sometimes games would go a couple hours over time due to delays or staffing issues.
