401K match increased in 2021 and vested from day one so no more waiting after 5yrs to be 100% vested. THIS IS HUGE!!! competitive salary with room for growth managers care about their people work and life balance and always open to working remotely unless you're sitting at a client site.

Cons

growing pains which are the nuances of any company acquiring others but heading in the right direction.

Mostly kids, lots of opportunities

Cons

They are trying to fire me because I was sick for two weeks with the flu. This is in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Their health insurances sucks and they make you pay for it. Welcome to the future of work, where everyone is basically treated worse than cattle. They also have alot of disorganization and growing pains.
