Great people to work with and doing great AWS work - learned a lot and company is very well run and very diversified

Cons

The COO implemented a "flat organization" which meant no management over the architects and engineers, but it mean that the program managers, in addition to managing almost too many programs, had HR responsibilities for 4-5 architects and engineers, meaning doing reviews, handling disciplinary issues etc. It was just too much. For my last 4 months at the company I averaged nearly 45 meetings a week.

If your skill is in or with the Government this is the place to be. They know the ins and outs and how to win and retain business. They mean well and really do try and do what's best for that business.

Cons

They have other businesses which they are not seasoned professionals and bring the over head of the government to all tasks. The mantra should be, if it isn't why have one person do a job efficiently when ten can do it poorly.
