      Interesting and diverse set of customers to work with from Intel, DoD, Federal, State and Local, Education and highly regulated commercial organizations Cutting edge Cloud, Data and modernization work New, excellent and innovative CEO who has led multiple successful companies and experienced leadership team.

      Cons

      Company still has growing pains from being a founder-led small company that grew to $1 billion. New leadership is working on it.

      Pros

      It use to be like a family. Very focused on career development and success of their teams. There are no pros.

      Cons

      They were taken over by a capitalist group. They are only focused on ROI. Their culture is money driven and they no longer care about employees. Turnover has increased. They are overworking people and treating them poorly. Low pay. High cost benefits. 2 weeks PTO.
