Talented Workers, good pay, fun work

When I contacted Smartronix, Maria Whitney, the recruiting coordinator reached out and gathered the necessary details to help me apply to the position. She worked with me every step of the way answering all the questions I had and gave me advice for the in person interview in addition to helping me find resources about the company's track record and goals that I used in the interview. She also kept in contact before and after the interview, giving me updates about the process until I received an offer. She was very straightforward about the process, job functions and salary throughout the process and helped me find a good position that fit my skills and goals. So far this job has been great- friendly people and the work/life balance is better than any company I have worked at before. They give you the ability to learn different programs and enable you to take the initiative to work on projects that can help out different processes in the company.
