You get paid every Thursday, which is a good thing. Working in an office position doesn't pay much even if you have a degree.

Cons

Over worked under paid, all employees are over worked and under paid. All of the managers are males.

This company has grown every year for the past 15 I've worked for them. There are plenty of opportunities to move up and make a career here.

Cons

New site here in Louisiana and there have been some frustrations getting the infrastructure set up. They also need to have contracted cleaning crews to allow production to focus on making product.
